Vintage European 835 Silver Trinket Box With Turquoise Cabochon, Southwestern Style

Vintage continental .835 silver-mounted wooden trinket box with later applied turquoise cabochon ornament. The box features a repoussé sunburst lid, warm varnished wood interior, and European 835 silver hallmark. The turquoise setting appears to be a later decorative addition, giving the piece a Southwestern character without claiming Native American origin.
