Customer Accounts Upgrade

We've seen a lot of changes here since first opening almost four years ago. Hard to believe.

Effective immediately is an upgrade to the Customer Accounts. The big difference you are going to notice is that you no longer need your password to log in to your account. Just access to the email address associated with your account. When logging in, you will be asked for your email address and a code will be sent to that address to use to log in.

I'm making this change for greater security for your accounts, and because remembering passwords can be kind of a pain in the ass.

Two instances where you might not get the email with the code:

1. Make sure you have entered the email address associated with your account. The system will only send to that email address.

2. Make sure it didn't land in your spam folder. Be sure to whitelist laughlinmercantile.com in your email program of choice.

If everything appears correct and you are still not getting the email, assuming there is no glitch in the system, please send me a message and I'll look into it for you ASAP.
