
This is an archival pigment print of an original painting by Alec Laughlin, a portrait of 20th century expressionist painter Max Beckmann. The original painting was about 8"x10" and currently remains in the artist's personal collection. Acrylic and charcoal on board.

I recommend that you don't take the print out of the shipping tube until you take it to a framer. The fewer times it is handled, the better. We want to avoid any dings. I also recommend taking it to a good framer right away, so it is not rolled up in the tube for too long.
SPECIAL NOTE
This was a dark painting. As such, print requires good, gallery-style lighting. A direct, focused spot is highly recommended and really necessary to bring it to life. An LED bulb is fine, 3000K (warm white) is best.
